Everyone's hating on the new system. I personally love it. I feel like recruitment was finally about who we all are as people and threw this stupid tier system in the garbage. The only people who care about tiers are those that place their value in what others think, while women who love themselves and their organizations are thriving with this new system. Hopefully "top tiers" will think about what they stand for and showcase their values, rather than their looks. Everyone in greek life has something to offer and this new system is about showing that, rather than focusing on made up values, like tiers.
