You can't go over quota (which Zeta did do and has done in the past) AND give out snap bids. It is not possible to do. So that statement is just stupid and anybody familiar with greek life and how recruitment works knows its not true. If you're going to post a rumor on here at least make it something people can't disprove with obvious facts.
