I guess you could lump them together but I feel like when you really break it down, Sigma has passed Zeta and Delta is still above AOII. Zeta has been falling recently with all their internal drama and then they got a weak pledge class. Sigma has been working hard these past few years to clear their name and they got some really great girls + stronger sisterhood. Delta is overall better than AOII. While AOII got a killer pledge class, Delta has stepped it up. They got a decent looking pledge class, killed greek week, and have been pretty constant.
