Yes - I am at Elon. Agree - the off campus groups are relevant but the National Fraternities of Kappa Sigma, Lambda and Pi Kapp are no longer active at Elon... no charter, no recognition by the school, nationals or alumni. I give OPK credit for calling themselves something else and suggest the others do as well
