Old Pi Kap- the original off campus frat, these guys are extremely fun and have really good parties/day drinks. Definitely a mix of different types of guys in the best way possible Kap Sig - known as the rich, boarding school types and are kind of secretive/to themselves. Come off as kind of douchey honestly but they have fun parties. They supposedly went 19/19 on bids for their newest pc and do a lot of joint day drinks with old pi kap. Sig Chi- typical “frat star” vibes and have great parties. They are very close with Sigma and mix with them often. Their new pc was on the smaller side but don’t see them going anywhere anytime soon because they do really well socially KA- Kind of the “southern” frat at Elon even though most kids are from the northeast. They’re kind of rough around the edges but I love these boys and they’re a really fun group. Got a big pc this year and definitely trending up Lambda- used to be known as the meat head, work out type of group but that’s changed recently. People say they’re no longer top but they definitely are and have really fun parties. Got a good pc this year supposedly, and barn is one of the best party spots at Elon. Sig Ep- they have a pretty boy reputation and are well liked by girls. Kind of your typical good looking, nice guys. They’re not liked by other frats bc they don’t haze I guess? They have plant which is prob one of the best day drink houses Beta- Newer to elon and somewhat similar to Sig ep in the types of boys you’ll find. Definitely care about other things other than partying which is nice to see and have some really cool guys :)
