Only on this site does anyone pretend that Phi Mu has not fallen off a cliff for the last 5 years. Even last years's "great" PC was a wreck. They hated the older sisters and a good number of the decent girls left. Delta does seem to get a push. I don't know if they are Top Tier. I think it's just Sigma and Zeta, but Delta is ahead of Phi Mu. Also, AOPi has jumped SK, but AOPi gets too much hype on here. Clearly, girls in the sororities hate on others and promote themselves, but some of you are delusional.
