That's the thing. They have not been legitamately Top Tier in the last 3 years. People have been arguing only on here and frankly their pledge classes have been below average for a top tier. Even last year's class was supposed to be them coming back and everyone desistered. They are a dead man walking and NOT top tier. The thing is no one really cares that much if they are top tier or not except Phi Mu. Most people just snicker or roll their eyes when they see the Phi Mu letters.
