Delta is Top or Middle Tier, kind of both and they are probably happy to be in both. The controversy and all the backlash comes from the old women defending Phi Mu as a top tier which they have not been in years. This is not a Delta thing. It's a Phi Mu thing. Delta and AXiD will be fine. They are just getting attacked because they are more worthy of being top tier than Phi Mu.
