I'm graduating, so I will just let you know that in my 4 years Phi Mu has had a stained history the whole time. I know what they were back in the past, but they have not been Top Tier even once in the last 4 years. This is not new information. They might be turning things around, but they said that all 4 years I've been here if you count this year. There's a lot of sororities. If Phi Mu is for you, go there. Don't go there for their in the past reputation. I mean Phi Mu used to be interlocked with Kappa Sig. Look where they are now.
