I thought slamming the bottom tiers was generally looked down upon. Is it really cool to slam them ironically? New Pi Kapp is top of bottom tier, not middle tier. They might move up to middle tier, they might just stay at top of bottom. Saying "upper middle tier" was a sad attempt at trolling. They've been around for 1 year. They need 1 more before being worth talking about.
