Delta being in the top tier is the biggest joke I’ve ever heard. Look at pref groups. Zeta/sigma/phi mu all pull from the same group of girls during pref (yes the occasional pnm will pref a top tier and axid or delta) but let’s be real, sigma/zeta/phi mu all pref the same girls. Delta does NOT get these girls. If anything axid and delta pref the same girls. Deltas spam this website trying to get people to think they’re top tier when they are so clearly not.
