I think people think Sigma just got a good pc because they didnt have to worry about being hazed. They are slipping because the rumors. Phi Mu just didn't get their typical pc but I think instead the took more real, genuine girls. I wouldn't say they are slipping at all. I think people just expect them to get a certain "type" and they didnt get that "type". Instead, they did better. The only one that's clearly slipping is Sigma Kappa and maybe AOII. Delta has just stayed the same while other orgs (AZD and KD) passed them up.
