Agreed. Phi Mu is not top tier, but they don't fit right in the second group either. Like in what way are the better than Delta or Axid. After you think about it, it makes one wonder how far down they should be. The real battle is the AOPi vs SK. SK is falling, but AOPi is on here constantly bashing and self-ranking.
