I actually agree with the first poster and no, I'm not in kappa delta. If you look at some of the other discussion boards, a lot of people agree that azd and kd are the fastest rising orgs. My advice to the original poster is to keep a good eye on those two groups especially if you wouldn't consider yourself a top tier. AOII are great girls, but I don't think they are really rising yet. They have some good girls but are also extremely random. SK have nice and smart girls, but their sisterhood is extremely poor. Delta is a random mix, but I know a lot of happy girls there. AXO is a group for girls who are really just looking to be apart of something and aren't typical sorority girls. Their nice, usually considered less attractive but I know some beautiful AXOs.
