That is because Elon through Dean Patterson is targeting fraternities. Frats provide the parties, not sororities and they are attacking all Greeks by attacking the frats. They are using the Town to do it, using our landlords off-campus and kicking frats off campus. They are frustrated that kicking them off doesn't really work. This is why the ratio keeps getting worse.
