New PKP, soon to be new Sigma Pi and eventually new LXA have more longevity upside than any underground social club because of support from Elon, Nationals and Alumni. It is only a matter of time before another on campus fraternity loses their charter. The precedent is set - play be Elon rules or your are kicked off campus.
