That's just how it worked. Sigma had a large majority of girls put them down as first choice. They cut accordingly, but the girls who were left did not all choose them. It was a good problem. I don't think it reflects badly on them. Snaps only hurt when the snaps don't fit. Sigma is known for their sisterhood and I don't see that being an issue. The Middle Tier did well again. This is why Zeta focuses so hard on certain girls. Some years that strategy pays off and some years it does not.
