They have a national reputation as being the pretty/hot sorority. Look at ZTA at any university . So each chapter has to keep up with that , so they immediately dirty rush the first year hot girls and rest are filler friends, sisters, roommates etc. who are kind of ignored or are an after thought . It's apparent at parties and social media. Really it's the same thing every year, a core hit group and rest ignored fillers. MUCH Better to be one of the hot girls in a middle sorority and stand out ...than to be one of 20 or more hot girls in a top tier.
