Its not just about looks and partying for the girls in all the sororities. I know one of them on campus has that rep but the rest of them not so much. It is so competitive to get into a sorority here at Elon that a girl has to have something to offer. What does that girl have to make the whole sorority a better organization and how well does a girl fit into the house. But I know your question was about how to get a bid from a frat so I will stop.
