"My high school was very competitive academically and several people did not get in and had over 4.0 GPAs with great volunteering and extra curriculars." That makes little sense. Elon has a good academic standard, but it's not Ivy League high. And Elon parents and Greeks get you jobs. Good luck if you don't have that lined up.
