Pi Kappa is not technically a fraternity. They do everything off campus and have built a rep for good parties and good brothers. They mix with the top tiers. It's all underground. KA is a small frat. All the brothers know each other. They are known for good parties and mixing with the top tiers. Kappa Sig is the oldest frat. They used to be a solid top tier, but have fallen. Some people say they got a good spring class, but some think they are behind the other 2 like me. Their parties are not as good and they are kind of dorky kids from rich families, but not all of them. I would go KA > Pi Kapp > Kappa Sig. KA is recognized. Pi Kapp is cool partly because everything is a secret. Kappa Sig is on the bottom, but they could end up back in top tier down the road. Going Kappa Sig might be a smart longterm play. Buy low, sell high. More importantly, you should go to the ones where you fit best, but that's always hard to determine. I personally think you are stupid to skip out on Lambda and Sigma Chi.
