Kappa Sig might be the worst of the ones mentioned, but all the others like Sig Ep and Beta and ZBT and DU are worse. Sig Pi might be better. Kappa Sig is still better than a bad KA or bad Pi Kapp party. They are about middle of the Greek frats. I realize they have fallen, but greekrank haters make it seem like they are middle tier now.
