I like the required community service. +1 You are supposed to better the community as it is being in a Greek Organization. Maybe requiring them to do that type of philanthropy/service and not just partying and talking crap on Greek Rank will help them grow. I too think their recruitment for next year should be ended, but I don't expect Elon or Nationals to sack up to do it.
