I know that the university already knows who the majority of them are and where they live off-campus. They are going to monitor them for events and are talking to their rental managers and landlords. In fact, you would be amazed at the Town and University's sharing of info regarding Greeks, particularly frats. They have every house mapped out and the Town Police do drive-bys.
