Nope. You cannot be more wrong. This is not an inheritance. Phi Mu will not be Top Tier. They will get hurt if they can't recruit, but they will recover in 2-3 years, because they will do everything dirty. Probably get nicknamed "Dirty Mu". Kappa Sig is struggling heavily for years. Their recruiting class this year was hyped up by them, but it was as expected. Why be a tagalong Top Tier like KS when KA, SigEp and PiKA are strong and more relevant. KS is struggling on the cusp of Top Tier and Phi Mu will Not be Top Tier soon.
