Delta is not on the rise, maybe a little rise. They are just staying strong. The middle tier all moved up this year and Delta moved up enough to maintain in this competitive tier. SK went from bottom of the middle or top of the bottom tier to strong in the middle tier. That's on the rise. It's just a little bit of shuffling in the mid tier. A lot of the top has lost some girls to the middle. This was DF's plan. It's kind of happening even if it's not due to him.
