The problem is that everyone believes most of the negativity on this site stems from Zeta and their trolls. And IRL they tend to be a snobby loose group with bad personalities and attitudes. Maybe when they get dropped to middle tier, they will change. The only reason it has not happened already is because everyone knows they have plenty of haters too and it's hard to tell when they are being framed.
