No. If you really think about it (which i hope you don't), think of it this way: arguably Sig Chi juniors = Kappa Sig juniors. Some good ones in each, some not so good ones in each. Sig Chi sophomores > Kappa Sig sophomores. Not really a debate. Kappa Sig freshmen > Sig Chi freshmen. Barely though. There's like a handful of really cool freshmen in each and in all honesty if Kappa Sig hadn't slipped so far w/ sweetheart and last year's PC, they may be higher. Tbh though Sig Chi is still top and their parties are still better... while it may be close it's still clear
