There could be some discussion that Phi Mu and Sigma were tied at number one. And zeta second. But honestly they are the bottom of the top tier no doubt. By this time next year I bet they are middle tier. We all know about the snap bids. Hopefully senior zetas won't de sister again and they can work on their sisterhood.
