I disagree with SDT being at the top. I think they've been downgrading since last semester as far as new recruits go, and this semester it became quite obvious. Thetas and Phi Sig are definitely higher. Also Sammies really doesn't do much besides mix with the same sororities over and over again. I'd have to give it to AEPi cause of a greater campus presence.
