Yes, you can. Quite a few girls pledge as juniors and they are 20 or 21. That is not uncommon. We are far more laid back about things here than at, UT or SMU, etc. I know a few older pledges and quite a few guys who pledged fraternities at 23, 24, 25 after military service.
