You probably didn't even look into this last year. There are different layouts and "upgrades" that were offered as incentives to raise more money. While choosing the floor plan, there were upgrades available if the money was raised. KA,SAE,SigNu all raised well over requirement and will have sweet upgrades like a built in bar, a higher quality interior, more layout options, and the houses will be much nicer.
