Zeta is the more popular then kd, but the KDs are nicer...i feel bad because there are some really really great girls in theta who probably chose it because it has "the best reputation on campus" but once they got in it they wish they chose something else. And there are plenty of nice thetas but the rude ones outnumber them. Junior and sophomore pledge classes in particular have some really awesome girls! I would agree that zeta did the best in terms of pledge class this year. Kd did take some questionable people this year, but they still took some great girls. Thetas pledge class seems very exclusive and they don't really hang out with anyone but other thetas.
