there is not doing rush "under the table". You can rush if you don't have total, otherwise you aren't allowed. Doing COB is not a bad thing. Everyone loses members, if you are right around total (which is average) then you will have to pick up members in the spring. Stop trying to make COB out to be a bad thing and being invited to join any of the chapters participating this spring isn't "settling".
