I'm rushing in the spring and heard Phi Sig got a pretty solid pledge class at some where in the 40's. I also heard they had 2 hazing allegations that they managed to keep low-key and are supposedly out of trouble. Are they worth my time or should I stick to the frats that are considered "top-tier"?
