If you honestly think that just having good return figures means that they got a stellar pledge class, you know squat about how those work. That just means that they got a good portion of the girls they wanted back, nothing about the quality of the women they were inviting. You could have REALLY low standards and get all those girls back resulting in great return rates. Also, please show me the "Panhellenic recruitment results" you are talking about. RFM figures are kept very confidential and aren't published anywhere.
