Member Wellness Member wellness includes a holistic approach to personal wellness including traditional risk management areas, stress management, and building healthy relationships. The Member Wellness awards include the Garry Beach Fire/Life Safety Awards, Outstanding House Director, and Member Wellness. Fire/Life Safety Named for a former University of Kentucky Fire Marshal, this award is selected by the University of Kentucky Fire Marshal's Office to recognize chapters who excel in facility management, particularly in the area of fire safety. Our fraternity winner was Alpha Gamma Rho and the sorority winner was Delta Delta Delta. Outstanding House Director The House Director of the Year award seeks to recognize the impact and contribution of a fraternity and sorority House Director on the chapter that they serve. The 2015 Outstanding House Director is Martha Newton of Chi Omega. Member Wellness The Outstanding Member Wellness award seeks to recognize chapters who provide well-rounded and engaging education for members to improve their personal physical, emotional, and mental wellness as a part of a larger community of care.
