S 2015 Greek Awards Winners The Greek Awards Program is an amazing opportunity to celebrate the impact of our chapters here at the University of Kentucky! This year, awards were given in four categories Outstanding Membership Development, Outstanding Member Wellness, Outstanding Academic Excellence, and Outstanding Chapter Growth. The most prestigious awards are the Greek Man and Woman of the Year and the Dean's Cups for each council. In addition to these category awards, each council gives awards, which are also included below. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Member Development Membership Development includes personal and professional development such as career readiness and networking, communication skills, diversity and inclusion, and personal values and leadership.
