Why does this topic keep coming up? It's on here at least once every couple of weeks. Who effing cares what their rankings are? I don't think any of the "top tier" groups want members just because they saw them ranked as "top tier" on this website. Those chapters are considered 'the best' because of what they do, not because some website says they are the best. This is so stupid.
