They are not a bad chapter at all. They are newer on campus so they are still working on attracting the attention they deserve. A lot of recruits do not choose them because they don’t have the built up reputation other houses have but they have a strong National backing so they really have a lot of potential to be awesome and with another good recruit class I could see them passing up a few of the other houses.
