Take it from someone who actually knows what they're talking about, unlike most of you who keep spewing rumors and hate. Sigma Nu owns the house. Phi Mu was renting it because as a new sorority on campus they didn't have a house at the time. Sigma Nu took it back. It's not their fault and it's not Phi Mu's fault. It has absolutely nothing to do with meeting quota, I don't even know where y'all got that from. They had enough girls signed up to fill the house next year before this happened.
