This is the best way to tell it how it is, and yes people will disagree, but hey we all have our freedom of opinions. Delt: Great fraternity and one of the best ones on campus. They have a wealthy alumni base, good parties, good tailgates, grades aren't bad all around. Girls like hanging with these guys and there is a respect for them around campus. Demographically they are primarely kentucky kids and their strongest areas of recruitment are generally Lexington and Louisville. Some people don't like them because people consider them elitists, but still a great group of guys. Sigma Chi: Great fraternity. As far as involvement and grades go, they are probably the best on campus. Their parties have a different atmosphere then other fraternities. They aren't as wild, however they pull a good group of girls. Their demographics are primarily Kentucky kids and their strongest area of recruitment is western kentucky. Many fraternities do not like them because they view them as the type of people who like to look down on people and "think very highly of themselves". When push comes to shove, great fraternity and they deserve to hold their heads up high. Phi Delt: Great fraternity and very competitive in every aspect. They have good parties and hang around with a good looking group of girls. Their demographics are mainly kids from the Midwest with their strongest area of recruitment is from Chicago all the way down through Cleveland. Biggest stereotypes are that they are geedy,
