COB in spring semester fills spots left by Dec. graduates and members who for some reason don't return for the next semester. If a chapter has poor retention, then they too will have spots to fill. FWIW, I think someone who is NOT a Phi Mu is posting the mean comments supposedly from a Phi Mu. Think about it. (Somebody got dropped.)
