First of all the tier posts are so stuck in old data, and nobody cites their criteria. smh But in all seriousness, WHAT speifically puts Theta in the "top tier?" Much like Chi O, they really are not big influencers. Kappa and DZ are rather unseen. KD and Phi Mu are solid middle. Two chapters constantly have retention issues, but I keep seeing them near this artificial top. I wish we could have some objective criteria.
