Kappa Alpha is a lot better than most of those. They don't have a huge membership and they don't have a new house on campus. They are a diverse group with great guys. Phi Sig is also higher than a lot listed above them. If you want to rush, remember small frats don't care about ranks or which sororities they are associated with. They like a close brotherhood, avoid cliques and socialize with everyone.
