Look here kid, I'm going to be honest with you. You want what any incoming freshman wants, but that fraternity doesn't exist. The best brotherhoods and the fraternities with the best social scene all have very hard pledgeships. But the fraternities where it is a breeze, typically have a better gpa. My advice, don't worry about any of the things you listed. You'll find out really quick during rush where you feel comfortable. And for the love of God, do not pick a fraternity on how much they say they rage. Make your decision by what feels like home and you'll never regret it. You've already made the best pre-college decision by trying to rush, just wait till you actually get here.
