I finally decided on rushing, not thinking that much preparation would be required, but read that a lot of people get cut without recommendations from alumni at UK. Since the website said they were not required, and I do not really know anyone who is Greek, do I still have a shot? My GPA and activities are very solid and I'm pretty good at talking to people. I'm just wondering from people who are active Greeks how important recommendations really are. I want to start off the year positively and don't want to rush if I'm going to suffer massive cuts based on this. :/
