Oh, come on. Many houses COB 2nd semester. They have Dec. graduates and people who quit during fall semester. And women involved in cheerleading, danceteam, tworlers, etc...they can do formal recruitment, so COB is good for them as well. Many women join houses via COB for many reasons.
