Move ATO to upper middle. ATO doesn't compare to anybody in the top 3 in terms of quality guys and parties and move beta/ sigma nu/kappa sig to middle because they don't compare to theta chi or ATO in upper middle. Also, alpha sig and phi tau is garbage so they need to be in the bottom level and phi sig is middle. Whoever made this tier is a fuc.king idiot and doesn't know anything about the fraternities here.
