I think they were being sarcastic a bit don't you think... Anyways here's the tiers in no set order. Also each sorority has great girls and some not so great. A lot goes to the tiers such as grades, involvement, classiness, looks, parties, etc so while some sororities may stand out in certain ways, other sororities have their own special niche that makes them stand-out.
